Platform role

AdhocX is a technology platform that helps companies post delivery shift requirements and helps approved riders discover, accept, bid for, and complete those assignments.

AdhocX coordinates onboarding, matching, notifications, assignment proof, payment verification, payout tracking, and admin review. AdhocX is not the employer of riders and does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or franchise relationship between AdhocX and riders or companies.

Accounts and eligibility

Users must provide accurate profile details, mobile number, email, city, address, and role information. Riders and companies may use the platform only after the applicable profile is submitted and approved.

AdhocX may ask for additional verification, suspend access, or reject accounts where information appears incomplete, false, duplicate, risky, or inconsistent with platform rules.

Rider and company responsibilities

Riders must submit accurate KYC documents, keep payout information current, go online only when available, follow assignment instructions, reach the pickup/reporting location on time, and complete start/end OTP and location proof honestly.

Companies must provide accurate company, branch, supervisor, location, timing, vehicle, category, brand, rider count, and offer amount details. Companies are responsible for supervisor availability, OTP coordination, and payment completion through the approved payment workflow.

Assignments and contact privacy

Assignment workflow may include acceptance, bid, counter offer, company approval for work, start OTP, GPS/location capture, end OTP, completion proof, payment verification, payout processing, and admin review.

Rider and company contact details are protected before approval. Contact information may be shown only where the assignment workflow requires it, such as after the rider is approved for work.

Payments and payouts

Company payments are processed through Razorpay or the payment provider configured by AdhocX. AdhocX stores payment identifiers and status information needed to operate the workflow, but does not store card details.

Rider payout depends on assignment completion, company payment, admin verification, payout eligibility, and absence of unresolved disputes or active holds.

Cancellation, penalties, and holds

A company cancellation fee of Rs 30 may apply when a company cancels according to current platform rules. A rider no-show penalty of Rs 50 may apply when a rider does not report for an accepted assignment.

Unpaid active penalties may restrict riders from accepting, bidding for, starting, or completing new work until paid or cleared. Disputes, suspicious activity, incorrect proof, or payment issues may place payouts or accounts on hold pending admin review.

Misuse, fraud, and suspension

AdhocX may restrict, suspend, or close accounts for false information, fake documents, unsafe conduct, payment bypass, duplicate accounts, OTP misuse, location manipulation, harassment, fraud, spam, unauthorized access, or activity that harms users or the platform.

Limitation of liability

AdhocX aims to provide reliable technology and operational workflow, but matching, user availability, city launch status, payment processing, notifications, and third-party services may vary or fail. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdhocX is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform.

Users remain responsible for their own legal, tax, operational, employment, and compliance obligations.

Updates and support

AdhocX may update these terms as the product, workflow, or applicable requirements evolve. Continued use of the platform after updates means the current terms apply.
